Perry the Platypus~ "Agent P"

Well this has probably been the best thing I've done to date on my craftacular scale.

I decided to make my son a doll and not just any doll, Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb.  He loves the cartoon and I'm able to get ready in the mornings because he watches this cartoon without blinking an eye.  I mean the boy is entranced!

So I decided to purchase the instructions to crochet him Perry the Platypus from etsy and then I had to take a beginners crochet class.  Yes, I did not know how to crochet when I decided to do this.  So I went to a local store, The Yarn Shop, and took 3 beginners classes.  It was truly fun and now I have a great new hobby.

Well, I've finished the doll.  Finished as in this morning finished.  It took me about 1.5 months to do so and that's after waiting 3 weeks for my crochet classes to end so I could start the doll.  I needed to know how to crochet the different pieces and to be able to read the instructions.

So without anymore wait, here he is!

Now I know he's not the most perfect little doll but in my eyes, he the best unperfect perfect creation ever!  Now I just hope my little man loves him as much as his mom does.  I'm beyond proud if you couldn't tell.
